Noko Phineas Masipa
Held several senior leadership positions in the banking sector including ABSA, NEDBANK and Land Bank. He managed, funded and led several turnaround projects that increased the profitability, shareholder value, brand value of these banks and their clients, as well as helped improve customer value proposition.
Concluded several asset (property) and capex financing deals for individual, commercial and startup businesses through the provision of appropriate finance structure to each deal.
Led successful bank strategies to create specific funding mechanisms to advance transformation, profitability and sustainability in the long run.

Bcom, MBA, MAP, Leadership Certificate, Marketing Certificate and National Diploma.
